Every digital product sold through Shop the Evolution is the intellectual property of Evolve with Kiea (or its licensors). When you purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product under the terms below. Read this carefully — purchase implies acceptance.
Personal use (default license)
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, every digital product is licensed for single-user personal use. You may download, edit, and use the product for your own household, education, or personal organization.
Commercial use
Commercial use is only permitted when the product page explicitly includes a commercial license. Where granted, commercial use covers using the customized end product within your own business — it never grants resale of the original file or template.
Canva templates
- Canva templates are delivered as a one-click link that copies a fresh editable version into your Canva account.
- You may edit, customize, and use the resulting designs personally (or commercially when commercial use is granted).
- You may not share the original Canva template link, the edit URL, or the unedited file with anyone else.
Printables, planners & worksheets
You may print as many copies as you need for personal use. Educators with a commercial license may print copies for a single classroom unless a multi-classroom or studio license is purchased.
Prohibited uses
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing any file (in whole or in part) on any platform
- Sharing files via email, cloud drives, file-sharing sites, Discord, Telegram, or similar
- Uploading templates to Etsy, Creative Market, Gumroad, or any marketplace
- Claiming the work as your own creation
- Using AI tools to mass-derive, regenerate, or rebrand our templates for resale
- Removing watermarks, branding, or copyright notices from any file
Intellectual property ownership
All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Evolve with Kiea. No transfer of ownership occurs at the time of sale. Violations may result in license termination, account closure, takedown notices, and legal action.
